Entry Rules for The Parrish Team Holiday Lights Contest:
Eligibility: Contest is open to all residents of The Riverfront & Harbourview neighborhoods. Proof of residency may be required.
Entry Submission: Participants must scan the QR code to complete the entry form -First 25 Houses will be accepted to the contest
Entry Deadline: All entries must be submitted by December 20th, 2024 by 3PM. Late submissions will not be considered. - DEADLINE IS CLOSED
Judging Criteria: Decorations will be judged by 5 Judges  based on creativity, use of lights,  and festive spirit. Judging will begin Friday Dec 20th - 5pm
Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on December 21st, 2024 via The Parrish Team’s social media and notified directly.  PRIZES- 1st ,2nd 3rd & Honorable Mention Will be awarded - Local Restaurants gift cards- Local business Gift cards -  Sign will be placed in Contestants yard!

Holiday lights contest. Thank you everyone who participated we really enjoyed meeting you and seeing your decorated homes.  It warms my heart to see people in the Christmas holiday spirit.  Here are the winners.  Stay tuned for a video with all the neat decorations. Judging Criteria for The Parrish Team Holiday Lights Contest:
Judging Criteria: Decorations will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on the following:
Creativity: The originality of the design, innovative use of decorations, and unique features that stand out from traditional setups.
Use of Lights: The overall impact of lighting, including brightness, variety of colors, and how well the lights enhance the display.
Festive Spirit: The overall mood and holiday cheer conveyed through the display, making it a joyful and memorable experience for viewers
Theme Cohesion: How well the decorations adhere to a consistent holiday theme, whether traditional, modern, whimsical, or another creative concept.
Attention to Detail: Careful and thoughtful placement of decorations, with an eye for small touches that make the display extra special.
